Responsibilities include patrols, monitoring CCTV, enforcing policies, responding to incidents, and coordinating with supervisors. Certifications must be obtained within designated timelines; valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• No prior experience required.
• Security education preferred.
• Security, military, and/or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Must obtain BLS, Aegis and Taser 7 certifications within 90 days of hire.
• Must obtain IAHS S certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment through patrols, access control, monitoring, and enforcing security policies.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, behavioral concerns, and crises, coordinating support as needed.
• Escort patients, visitors, staff, and flight crews; manage helipad operations and related customer service tasks.
• Monitor CCTV and security equipment; investigate incidents and document findings in hospital systems.
• Collaborate with clinical/operational teams to promote safety and compliant operations.
