Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Hospital - Part Time in Dover, NH. This role offers reliable, fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings, designed for flexibility and income stability in a hospital environment.

Pay rate is $21.00 per hour. Typical schedule includes DayTime Sun 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM, with opportunities to scale to up to 40 hours per week based on site needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of security-related experience.
• Willing to receive required hospital vaccinations.
• Willing to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• At least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors.
• Respond calmly to incidents and medical emergencies.
• Conduct regular patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management.
• Document incidents and communicate with site leadership and emergency responders.
