Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Mayfield Heights, OH. This flexible role offers reliable hours at an assigned hospital site with the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Pay is $16.00 per hour with a DayTime schedule: Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM. You will provide security, access control, and incident response within a healthcare setting, with opportunities to scale up toward a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Hospital vaccines are required.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, critical situations, medical emergencies, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, patient care areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns to appropriate hospital personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
• Document incidents, patrol observations, and daily activities accurately while maintaining a professional presence in a healthcare setting.
