Qualifikationen

• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Ability to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or contractors while carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeters to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening, directions, and adherence to site access procedures while maintaining a professional presence.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports related to incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with site requirements.
