Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in a healthcare environment.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Background check and drug screen may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while following site-specific policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel per established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Document observations and incidents accurately in accordance with site requirements.
