Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer for Hospital Patrol in Los Angeles, CA. You will provide attentive service to patients, visitors, and staff, while maintaining a visible security presence in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include responding calmly to incidents, patrolling facilities, monitoring entrances, preparing clear incident reports, and cooperating with emergency responders. This role emphasizes flexible scheduling and customer-focused safety.

Qualifications

• Must speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years old; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by following security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations calmly and according to protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of healthcare facility buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as requested, report unusual conditions.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate information to site contacts and emergency responders.
