Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Hospital Patrol Response in Cleveland, OH. This part-time position involves patrolling healthcare facilities, assisting patients and staff, and maintaining a secure environment.

The role requires the ability to respond to emergencies, meet vaccination requirements, and pass background checks. Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and be capable of restrained actions; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum hospital vaccination requirements.
• Able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Able to restrain individuals.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors; carry out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and surrounding grounds.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and visitor activity; assist with directions and access-related concerns.
• Document incidents and patrol observations accurately and communicate information to site leadership and emergency responders.
