• Ability to operate and understand basic computer functions, data entry systems and devices.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming materials and inspects/verifies the accuracy and the condition of the items before signing for the delivery.
• Maintains accurate record-keeping for receipt, storage and distribution of supplies and equipment.
• Prepares, distributes and transports supplies and equipment for distribution to facilities, departments, or other entities.
• Ensures timely distribution of supplies in response to requisitions, requests, and purchase orders.
• Warehouses and maintains inventory levels and processes issues/credits.
