Responsibilities

• Receives incoming materials and inspects/verifies accuracy and condition before signing for the delivery.
• Maintains accurate record-keeping for receipt, storage and distribution of supplies.
• Prepares, distributes and transports supplies and equipment to facilities or other entities.
• Distributes supplies in response to requisitions and purchase orders.
• Maintains inventory levels; handles issues and credits as needed.
• Replenishes carts, trays and kits; checks for outdated supplies.
• Prepares returns to vendors as instructed by documentation; ensures security and cleanliness.
