Xanitos, Inc. is hiring part-time hospital housekeepers for Valleywise Health Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports cleaning and maintaining patient areas and facilities on client campuses, with scheduled shifts across mornings, afternoons, and nights.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, English literacy, and prefer prior janitorial experience. Medical screening and flu immunization are required where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Experience in the janitorial industry is preferred.
• Medical environment cleaning a plus.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions in English.
• Annual Influenza (flu) immunization is a condition of employment unless exemptions apply.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
