Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and clean patient tray line, dish machine, pots & pans, and cafeteria stations.
• Deliver patient trays when needed and maintain sanitary work areas and equipment.
• Follow food handling, sanitation, and temperature guidelines; complete HACCP logs as required.
• Provide courteous customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain safety practices and report safety concerns as part of the departmental program.
