Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, and cleans the patient tray line, dish machine, pots & pans, and cafeteria under supervision; may deliver patient trays and maintain sanitary conditions.
• Maintains proper food handling and sanitation procedures; assists guests and meets their requests while providing courteous service.
• Completes HACCP logs and ensures food temperatures are monitored; maintains sanitation records and follows Board of Health standards.
• Provides safe, friendly customer service to coworkers, patients, visitors and managers, adhering to CARES standards.
• Supports department safety program and reports any safety concerns per policy.
