Job summary

Responsibilities

• Work in the dish room cleaning and putting dishes away.
• Stock items, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in freezer/cooler areas.
• Prepare menu items and desserts per production sheet and MHCI recipes.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines for sanitation.
• Assist in service and storage of food.
