The role assists in all meal preparation, follows recipes, monitors temperatures, and works with the Chef Manager to ensure timely service and proper sanitation. Training and growth opportunities are available within a collaborative kitchen environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare meals following standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation standards.
• Monitor temperatures of hot and cold foods to meet safety and quality goals.
• Assist in delivery, serving, and taking orders as needed by the kitchen team.
• Inspect supplies and equipment; report needs or issues to management.
• Maintain compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations during all shifts.
