• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.

• Cleans kitchen after preparation, maintains cleanliness, and stores/discards excess food per safety procedures.
• Maintains and organizes storage areas and stocks supplies as required.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Reports maintenance needs or unsafe conditions to supervisor promptly.
