Crown & Seasons Hospice is seeking an RN to join a growing team providing compassionate hospice care in patients' homes across Missouri. You will deliver skilled nursing, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate families, and advocate for patients with empathy and integrity.

The role emphasizes dignity, comfort and quality of life, with flexible scheduling for a part-time arrangement and a supportive, patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with clinical nursing experience.
• Hospice, palliative, geriatric or home health experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and support families with empathy.
• Integrity, independence and a collaborative spirit.
• A heart for hospice and a commitment to serving with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, skilled nursing care wherever patients call home.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and communication.
