Ohio’s Hospice in Dayton, OH is seeking a Hospice RN for a part-time day-shift role (7am–7:30pm), with potential float to Troy and Middletown IPUs. Shifts are 2 12-hour days per week, including every 3rd weekend and every other holiday.

You will deliver compassionate end-of-life care, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. The role requires an RN license in Ohio, ASN or BSN preferred, CPR certification, and Hospice/Palliative experience as a plus.

Qualifikationen

• RN is required to be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with an active RN license in Ohio.
• Two years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPN) preferred; required within two years of employment.

• Plan and deliver care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, evaluation).
• Interact with patients, families and interdisciplinary team members while maintaining nursing standards.
