Brookestone Home Health & Hospice in North Platte, part of the Vetter Senior Living family, seeks a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate hospice care and symptom management in patients' homes.

You will collaborate with families and an interprofessional team, document care plans, and support patients and their loved ones with dignity, comfort, and respect. CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN currently practicing in the United States.
• Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in home hospice settings.
• Collaborate with families and interprofessional care team.
• Document assessments, plans, and patient status accurately.
