Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant painting, drywall, or maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and responsive maintenance support for facilities, especially Hospice House.
• Perform interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, and minor carpentry tasks.
• Complete room refreshes, patching, and surface preparation for a professional finish.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Hospice House leadership to minimize disruption to patients.
• Maintain tools and materials securely, follow safety and infection prevention guidelines.
