Reliant at Home is seeking a Hospice CNA to cover patients in Plano and surrounding areas.

Job Summary:

The primary role is to provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their homes, ensuring a safe and clean environment, working cooperatively with patients and families, and communicating observations to supervisors. The CNA works under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma preferred
• Current driver’s license required

Experience:

At least one year of experience as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, or hospice agency is preferred.

Skills:

• Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate clinical information effectively
• Interest in the welfare of the ill and elderly
• Current CPR certification
• Successful completion of the Aide Competency Evaluation Skills Checklist and written Skills Test
• Reliable transportation with valid auto liability insurance
