Job Summary:

The primary role is to provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their homes, ensuring a safe and clean environment, working cooperatively with patients and families, and reporting observations to supervisors. The role works under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must have a current driver's license.

Experience:

At least one year of experience as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, or hospice agency is preferred.

Skills:

• Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate clinical information effectively.
• Interest in caring for the ill and elderly.
• Current CPR certification.
• Successful completion of the Aide Competency Evaluation Skills Checklist and written Skills Test.
• Reliable transportation with valid auto liability insurance.
