Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a hospice or homecare Registered Nurse within the past 5 years.
• 2 years of Hospice supervisory/management experience.
• Current licensure in the State of California.
• Maintains active Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) CPR certification.
• Valid California Drivers License and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of and commitment to hospice philosophy of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing and comprehensive assessment services.
• Assist in the development of the hospice patient and family plan of care.
• Supervise clinical personnel and manage patient care.
