Cherry Creek Careers is seeking an Options Program Instructor to develop coursework and deliver instruction for homeschool students at the school level, ensuring an exemplary program. You will instruct in large, small, and one-on-one settings, design lessons, assess student work, monitor progress, and adapt instruction to meet diverse needs, communicating with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and valid CO teaching license.
• Student teaching or internship aligned with CO requirements.
• Endorsements or equivalents in content area.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in large, small, and one-on-one settings.
• Develop, plan, prepare, and implement course content, schedule, and activities.
• Administer, edit, proofread, and grade assignments and assessments.
• Design assessment tasks and use data to modify instruction.
• Create a classroom environment that supports learning and manage behavior as needed.
• Monitor student progress and document growth and needs.
• Communicate progress with parents/guardians and staff as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to improve outcomes.
• Participate in meetings and professional growth activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
