Responsibilities

• Instruct students in large, small, and one-on-one situations.
• Develop, plan, prepare, and implement course content, format, structure, and lesson plans.
• Administer, edit, proofread, and grade students’ assignments and assessments.
• Design assessment tasks and use data to adjust instruction.
• Create a classroom environment that supports instruction and manages behavior.
• Monitor student growth and progress and document outcomes.
• Communicate progress and needs with families and staff as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instruction and outcomes.
• Participate in meetings, conferences, and professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
