Job summary

Cohere is seeking an Ambassador (Part-Time) at Terraine in West Jordan, UT. You’ll welcome visitors, share Terraine’s lifestyle and amenities, and connect buyers with builder sales reps.

The role focuses on delivering a warm, professional experience and building meaningful relationships within the community. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor/indoor setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or similar customer-facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Personable, professional approach with ability to connect with people.
• Collaborative mindset to work as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and composure in challenging interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving community environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome sales center visitors and introduce Terraine lifestyle, amenities, and vision.
• Provide up-to-date information about Terraine, builders, products, and development.
• Conduct tours and connect buyers with builder sales reps when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming customer experience for buyers, residents, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate prospect information using CRM/registration systems.
• Keep traffic reports and organize files, collateral, and supplies.
• Assist with planning and executing events for prospective buyers and stakeholders.
• Support events and engagement programs through the Terraine Community Life team.
• Keep the sales center clean, neat, and guest-ready, including furniture and restrooms.
