Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest to help them find what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions.
• Assist with loyalty program and brand channel introductions.
• Flexibly work between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team members as needed.
