Job summary

Diagnostic Group is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our medical team in Beaumont, Texas. The NP will perform comprehensive home-based assessments, address visit-specific needs, and communicate findings to the patient’s physician or healthcare provider.

The role may include outpatient and inpatient coverage as needed. Qualified candidates will have Texas APRN licensure, NP certification, BLS, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Current Texas APRN license in good standing.
• National NP certification.
• BLS certification required.
• Driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform home-based patient assessments, histories, and physical exams.
• Provide focused evaluation and treatment per visit purpose.
• Prescribe meds per Texas scope-of-practice.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team.
• Document all encounters accurately in EHR.
• Support weekend/holiday inpatient rotations as needed.
