Job summary

Sears Holdings Corporation is seeking a part-time Home Solutions Advisor to engage store customers and offer no-cost home improvement estimates. You will schedule appointments for remodels and, at times, represent the team at trade shows to create new leads.

The role assumes a part-time schedule in-store, with a base pay of $10.50/hour plus bonus and benefits for part-time staff. This is an entry-level opportunity inside a Sears store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to persuade.

Responsibilities

• Approach Sears store members and customers to offer home improvement estimates.
• Schedule no-cost, no-obligation estimates for home improvement products.
• Occasionally attend Home Improvement Trade Shows to generate leads.
• Work inside the Sears store as part of the Home Solutions team.
