Job summary

Sears Holdings Corporation is seeking a Home Solutions Advisor to work in our local Sears store. You will approach members and customers to schedule a no-cost, no-obligation home improvement estimate for products of their choice. From time to time you may attend Home Improvement Trade Shows to generate leads.

The role requires a high school diploma, 18+ years old, and strong verbal communication. Part-time benefits are available in a Pleasant retail environment inside the Sears Store.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to persuade, with minimum selling skills.
• Ability to be a self-starter, with the ability to stay focused on goals and be self-disciplined.
