Job summary

Highland Homes is hiring a Part-Time Sales Assistant to support the sales team in the Parker area. The role offers hourly compensation and a maximum of 27 hours per week. A high school diploma is required and prior sales experience is a plus.

High School Diploma required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
Excellent communicator (oral and written) and willing to learn from others.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Reliable, clean transportation required.

Responsibilities

Support Sales Counselor and Sales Associates with all aspects of selling and marketing the community.
Assist with opening the model in the morning and ensuring it is ready for business by 10:00 a.m. (12:00 p.m. Sundays).
Greet customers, register prospective buyers, and help set up follow-up appointments for the Sales Counselor.
Maintain knowledge of community product, area schools, financing, and buyer profiles to assist customers effectively.
Assist with lead management, filing, and documentation related to contracts and inventories.
