Job summary

Parachute Home in San Francisco is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to bring energy to the customer experience and warmly welcome shoppers into our space. You will become fluent in Parachute products, collaborate with team members, and uphold store standards while driving KPI performance.

This role emphasizes delivering a best-in-class customer journey, utilizing CRM tools, and supporting operations like POS and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a minimum of one weekend day per week, and work during the holiday season.
• Retail sales, showroom or customer service experience is preferred.
• Education - High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience using point of sale systems, inventory management software, scanners, barcode labels and shipping programs is preferred
• Self motivated, collaborative, positive team player with a can-do attitude and growth mindset required
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Uphold daily store operations and KPI targets as directed by the Store Manager.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience in line with Parachute's brand and CX strategy.
• Communicate effectively to bring the Parachute brand experience to life for customers.
• Participate in local market events and activations.
• Resolve customer concerns with initiative and collaboration with leadership.
• Build loyalty through in-store experiences and CRM data capture.
