Job summary

AMBER INTERIORS INC. is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate in Santa Barbara. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage client relationships, and drive sales while maintaining appealing product displays and accurate store operations.

The role requires weekend availability, proximity to Montecito, and comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs. A commission plan is included along with employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive is preferred.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems such as Shopify POS and NetSuite is a plus.
• Must reside in or near Montecito with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize a client-first experience in-store, by phone, or via email.
• Engage clients to build loyalty and drive retention.
• Perform daily store tasks with accuracy and accountability.
• Process POS transactions and provide product insights at checkout.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep product knowledge current.
• Support Store Manager on ad hoc tasks and provide feedback.
