• Weekend availability and holiday season work required.

Responsibilities

• Uphold daily store operations and KPI achievement.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in line with brand standards.
• Communicate product knowledge and brand story to customers.
• Participate in local events and store activations.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Build customer relationships using CRM data and omni‑channel tools.
