Job summary

Sears Holdings Corporation at Beale AFB is seeking a part-time, entry-level Sales Marketing role. You will engage customers to schedule no-cost home improvement estimates inside the Sears store and may help generate leads at trade shows.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, be 18+, possess basic selling and verbal skills, and be able to handle a varied schedule and stand for extended periods. Compensation starts at $10.50/hr base plus bonus; typical earnings $14–$16/hr.

Responsibilities
