Adoration Health in Anmoore, WV is seeking a passionate Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to deliver patient-centered care in a home setting. This part-time/PRN role offers flexible scheduling, independent work with team support, and opportunities to make a lasting impact on patients and families.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in SLP from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as an SLP.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with patients to evaluate speech/language needs and determine continued therapy.
• Teach patients how to produce sounds and improve voice quality.
• Teach alternative communication methods such as sign language when needed.
• Educate and guide healthcare team and caregivers to support progress outside sessions.
• Document progress and submit visit notes per agency policy.
