Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our Beckley, WV team on a PRN schedule. You will deliver patient-centered therapy, assess speech and language needs, and collaborate with a care team to support patient progress in home settings.

You will work independently with team support, applying evidence-based practices to improve communication and swallowing outcomes while ensuring compliant documentation and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current, unrestricted state license in SLP.
• Current BLS or CPR certification per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech or language disorders and determine therapy needs.
• Teach sound production and voice improvement techniques.
• Educate patients in alternative communication methods when needed.
• Guide healthcare team and caregivers on therapeutic exercises to promote progress.
• Document progress and submit visit notes per agency policy.
