Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to serve patients in Romulus, Michigan. This is a part-time Staff role offering an annual salary of $80,000 to $120,000, with a 20-hour workweek and an 8-hour shift.

You’ll collaborate with Residential Home Health and Hospice to manage and deliver patient care plans, using EMR software and mobile devices to chart and coordinate care across Superior Township, Ypsilanti, Romulus, and surrounding areas.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college.
• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
• Commitment to meet critical deadlines for charting and self-manage time.
• Experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.
