Amazing Care Home Health Services in St. George, UT is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home and community-based therapy, focusing on cognitive, physical, sensory and daily living skills across ages.

Applicants must hold a master's or doctoral degree in OT, Utah OT license, NBCOT certification, active BLS, and a valid driver's license. Mileage is provided for patient visits; a $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in OT.
• NBCOT Certification.
• Occupational Therapist License in Utah.
• Active BLS certification.
• Valid driver license and auto insurance.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluations and develops plans of care with skilled interventions and goals.
• Assists pediatric and adult patients to improve cognitive, physical, sensory, daily living, and social-emotional functioning.
• Coordinates care with referring physicians and health organizations.
• Instructs client and caregivers on treatment plan.
• Refers clients to additional services as needed.
• Prepares and submits documentation per policy.
• Maintains clinical competency in OT theory and practice.
