Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Knoxville, TN seeks a part-time licensed professional to administer skilled home-health care 24 hours per week across four days. You will provide care per physician orders, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the health team to support safe, effective home-based services.

Requirements include graduation from an approved clinical program, active state licensure, CPR certification, and at least one year of professional experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
• Basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care.
