Arbor Terrace Middletown in Middletown, NJ is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) for full-time and part-time schedules. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate, person-centered care, and build meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in assisted living, home care, long-term care, memory care, or senior living preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Providing compassionate, person-centered care that promotes independence and dignity.
• Building meaningful relationships and offering companionship to residents.
• Encouraging participation in social activities and community events.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being.
• Working closely with nurses and team members to provide exceptional resident care.
• Maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
