By The Bay Health in California seeks a full-time Home Health Aide to provide personal care services in the patient/family home. The HHA must have completed an approved training program, hold a valid HHA license, and work under the nurse/case manager guidance.
Responsibilities include bathing, mobility assistance, meal preparation, and support with prescribed exercises during visits. A car and insurance are required for driving to patient locations.

We are currently seekingafull time Home Health Aide to provide personal care services to our home health patients. The HHA will provides personal care services to patient and performs related tasks in the patient/family home in accordance with the plan of treatment as assigned by the Nurse/Case Manager and in compliance with organization policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
