Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings and delivering personal care.
• Awareness of long-term conditions and needs of service users.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing and toileting.
• Help with meals and daily living activities.
• Monitor changes in needs and report them promptly.
• Attend mandatory training and complete required checks.
