VRNS is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to join our home care team in Norton, MA. You will provide skilled OT support in patients' homes under supervision, focusing on independence and safety, with flexible scheduling and competitive per-visit pay.

Responsibilities

• Providing skilled occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Training patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental ADLs (IADLs).
• Recommending and training patients in adaptive equipment use under supervision.
• Collaborating with the care team including therapists and nurses.
• Completing accurate and timely electronic documentation.
