Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of drink preparation techniques and cocktails.

• Positive attitude and passion for customer service.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Must lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Providing outstanding customer service by greeting, taking orders, and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies.
• Handling all transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Monitoring customer consumption to prevent overindulgence and ensure responsible drinking.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and maintaining a sanitary work environment.
• Upselling and promoting additional menu items and beverages.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
