Qualifications

• Related coaching experience, preferred.

• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Professing believer in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
• Regularly attends and is actively involved in a church.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Head Coach in all phases of the specific athletic program.
• Works cooperatively with coaching staff in decision making.
• Develops trusting relationships with students to create a positive team environment.
• Assists in developing athletes physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
• Communicates effectively with players, parents, and administration.
