Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a high-risk cardiac unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care with a family-centered approach, coordinating with the healthcare team.

Qualifications include an active RN license and Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Telemetry/cardiac care experience is desirable, and no supervisory experience is required.

Role:

Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care settings.
