Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a high-risk cardiac unit. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing activities to ensure safe, patient- and family-centered care.

You will educate patients and families on post-treatment care and medications, collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans, and participate in safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN licensure preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with 2+ years of experience preferred
• Telemetry/cardiac care experience is advantageous
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication and teamwork skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care within standards of practice
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and medication management
• Participate in safety initiatives, quality improvement and professional development
• Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

Qualifications & Skills:

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 2 years of experience
• Telemetry/Cardiac experience is advantageous

• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a healthcare setting
