Qualifications

• Master's degree with 18 graduate hours in the discipline from an accredited institution; experience with instructional technologies and LMSs.
• Proficiency with technology and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Experience delivering online, hybrid, and in-person courses using LMS templates and OER where possible.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver instruction for online, hybrid, and in-person courses.
• Prepare and update lesson plans and learning materials.
• Maintain attendance, progress, and grading records in LMS.
• Use approved templates and ensure course objectives and assessments are met.
• Complete mandatory college trainings and reporting requirements.
