Job summary

Middle Georgia State University in Eastman, GA is seeking a Temporary Flight Instructor – Helicopter to teach FAA Private, Instrument, Commercial, and Flight Instructor courses at MGA's Eastman Campus.

You will oversee 3-8 students per workload, schedule lessons, manage endorsements and TSA documents, and provide flight instruction for all FAA ratings.

Applicants must hold CFI and CFII helicopter ratings, current 2nd class medical, and a valid driver's license; Cabri G2 experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold CFI and CFII helicopter ratings and be able to instruct multiple FAA certificates.
• Current 2nd class medical is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages student workload of 3-8 students pursuing FAA Pilot certificates.
• Schedules students according to aircraft and class availability.
• Manages student records, endorsements and TSA documents for the flight school.
• Provides flight instruction for all FAA ratings.
