Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Healthcare in Ventura, CA. You will monitor and deter security incidents at a government healthcare location, delivering courteous service to patients, staff, and visitors.

Qualificações

• Two years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a government healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, public access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and report access concerns, hazards, and maintenance issues to appropriate site personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and shift reports in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
